Republic of Media have helped launch a first ever UK TV campaign for Canadian airline Air Transat.

Live since New Years’ Day, the campaign will continue to run across the brand’s three core regions – London, the North West and Scotland.

 

 

Toby Hutchins, Business Director at Republic of Media, said: “Although [Air Transat are] an established airline with a great reputation – being voted ‘The World’s Best Leisure Airline’ by Skytrax in 2018 and 2019 – their current awareness in the UK is significantly lower than it is in their native Canada.

“With an increasingly competitive market place 2020 was the year that Air Transat needed to make an impact in the UK, and we are delighted to help them to do so”.

Alongside the core TV airtime campaign, a wider digital strategy has also been implemented to both aid brand awareness uplift and drive the user through to point of purchase.

Air Transat operate flights between Canada and three airport hubs in the UK – London Gatwick, Manchester and Glasgow.
