The Freethinking Group, parent company to Republic of Media, has appointed former OMD UK Head of Creative Strategy  Clare Elder to the newly created role of Director of Strategy at Republic of Media and the Freethinking Group.   Prior to OMD, Clare held strategy and planning roles at Starcom and Havas before setting up a consultancy specialising in ideation, strategy and pitching.

Clare will join the boards of TFG and Republic of Media and work across multiple clients and categories.
