FSCS Checks-In with Republic of Media
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has appointed leading independent agency Republic of Media to handle their strategic media planning and buying following a competitive pitch process.
The Manchester agency’s initial task will be to build on the ‘Pensions Protection’ campaign that has been running since 2021, encouraging the UK’s most at-risk individuals to check whether their pensions are protected by FSCS should their provider fail. The behaviour change comms will seek to cut-through misplaced confidence held by many regards their financial protection status, something which can be checked easily and for free, via the FSCS online Pension Checker tool.
